Jason Witten is gonna eat us alive unless our linebacking core picks it up. As for downfield throws, Romo is shaky enough to throw a few ducks, we just gotta be ready for when they arrive (which we never are). The reason Carolina was able to gain yards on short throws to foster was the fact that the threat of steve smith deep spread our dallas' D. If we don't illustrate a downfield threat at some point this weekend, it's gonna be a long day for portis, cooley and company. Dallas can tackle, making the short pass ineffectvie. I don't think blitzing romo is gonna work much, he has a quick release and good mobility, i would say sit back and hope for D-line pressure, and confuse romo with many different zones.
God help us, please please, i just wanna beat dallas once this year
