Gibbs had that luxary during his first tenure of bringing QB's along that way, but time has changed all that. We cannot compare Rypien, Schroeder, and Humphries with Jason Campbell simply because none of these players were drafted in the first round with other picks involved. Therefore it was easier to wait on these type players because not a lot was expected of them at the time, plus they had a good experienced QB playing ahead of them. There is more expected from Jason, that's why most of us want to see what he can do, sooner than later.
