AS for FedEx, on the radio this morning they implied that it would be torn down and all that land (and there is a ton of it) would be used for office buildings and that sort of thing. I'm sure Sndyer could sell that land off for a ton, or he coudl keep it and just rent it off.

Remember, FedEx was built before Snyder's time, so he probably couldn't care less about it. He has to want something more personal to him because he's got a bigger ego than Matty (barely).
