I hate that. Or how about when people use their turn signal but don't actually turn it's just on the whole time. Or when I'm trying to pull out of a side street and I'm waiting for a car to go by, but since they didn't put on their turn signal I don't know they're actually pulling into the lane I'm trying to pull out of?!
