i started with it. i totally wouldn't put it past Gibbs to stay with Brunell with next week, if so, i IMPLORE him to start giving Campbell first team practice regularly at the very least. if not just all the snaps on gameday.
i would fire Jerry Gray in the offseason, the DB position has gone nothing but down in every category.
I'd put Rocky in and have him learn also, maybe experiment with a 3-4 with Carter as an LB, maybe even Arch. who knows, anything.
my point is, and has always been, that most of these problems can't be fixed now. at least the QB position can.
