This is just Gibbs's third year back with the team. We say we want stability because we're tired of change, but the first hint of adversity we want to start changing all over again. Unfortunately we cant have it both ways, unless someone can suggest, or bring forth someone better than Gibbs for the job, then to consider him not being here is a moot point.
