He'll be ready by the opener and will all be deluged with teary-eyed SportCenter features about how much courage and fortitude it took for him to make this amazing recovery. He's always overcoming something that is peripheral to the actual game. I'm sorry for his pain, but the media's bizarre treatment of him is just... bizarre. Do a story about someone else. Anyone else.
