That point makes no sense. The cultural sensitivity is great and all 724, but definitely taking it too far. There was no stoning taking place there. They hurled rocks because either A) they hate the occupying soldiers or B) they were just being punk kids. Either way, you can't throw rocks and not expect a beating, I don't care what culture you come from. |
If someone throws a rock at me, I throw a bigger rock back at them, in any part of this world. I was curious to know how the Arab world views images of kids throwing stones at not just American soldiers but any group that has done a perceived wrong. At what level is rock throwing taken over there? Criminal or simply as Harrassment/Protest?
