I called AOL about 3 months ago to cancel my service and they transfered me to two different "supervisors" to help me with my problem. When I finally got rude with them and told them to just "cancel my fucking service" I found out that I had been paying $24.95 a month for the previous 3 months when they had dropped the price of the service to $9.95. The thing was they never bothered to tell me they changed prices and if I had not called to cancel I would have been still paying the higher fee. F-em!
