I just don't think you can find fault in him, whatever his reasons were, considering what he gave up for this team and its fans. The fact that he's chosen to do it all over again speaks volumns as to his character and his devotion to this organization.

Just to add, he was clearly burnt. He had Dick Vermeil syndrome at that point. Years of living football 24/7, sleeping in his office on cot, and being obsessed with football and winning took it's toll. He missed his family, he had won 3 Super Bowls, the guy had nothing left to give in his mind.
