The fact that he's chosen to do it all over again speaks volumns as to his character and his devotion to this organization.

Well said. Honestly, if I were in his shoes, I'd probably just be happy with my past coaching accomplishments and call it a career. I wouldn't have come back to coaching at his age. Like you said LB, I think it speaks volumes about his character and how he loves this team enough to get this franchise back to where it belongs, which is at the top of the NFL.
