With a salary cap, you can't have proven veterens at every position.
we have to start young players and hope they can play, if they want, we promote their a reserve and give them a chance.

If they are still unsure of McIntosh, they need to spend a 4th or 5th round pick on a linebacker as back up and hopefully he can play.
