I always tout this site, and I'll tout it again, Encore Tickets - Maryland-Specializing in Local and National Concerts, Theatre and Sporting Events

The guy there Randy always calls me personally to make sure my order is right and if there are better tickets that come in that day, he'll offer them to me straight up. I paid $60 for a red pass this year and he called and said he had a green pass if I wanted it. Great place to get tickets.

Another good trick is if you don't mind meeting to pick up the tickets, that same website has people selling their tickets last minute under face value. I got lower level tickets for that Seahawks game last year for 10 bucks under face value and Randy met me to give me the tickets.
