This is true, but herein is my biggest gripe with Williams' scheme. It seems as though too much depends on one or two guys. It seems like other defenses compensate well when one or two starters go down for the year. It's not a dramatic drop off. The Giants have been nicked up all season long. Even the Cowboys lost Greg Ellis, one of their top guys, and they survived. Same with the Eagles.
I'm telling you, I just don't buy if he had a shut down corner or a stud this or that, everything changes. We'll have to wait and see.
