Yeah, after reading some of these WP articles lately, I've been inclined to withdraw my previous defense of Cerrato because it seems like he's more in charge of scouting and recruiting than I previously thought.

The way it was painted was that he brings in guys then Gibbs and Co. say whether they want them or not.
