Turner had success when Marvin Lewis was the defensive coordinator. Turner may be a decent head coach if he has a strong defensive coordinator handling the defensive side of the ball.

When was Marvin Lewis the defensive coordinator for Turner? And for all his "genius" Turner really didn't do all that much (from what I recall) as OC of the Dolphins and Chargers
