It would be nice to happen upon the next Devin Hester or Desmond Howard but there are not enough positions on a team to sign a guy just to specialize in that. The best we can hope for is that we bring in a speedster as a late round pick at DB, WR, or RB who has the speed, vision, and toughness to be that guy. Then, we can have the best of both worlds as we develop a guy at a position while he earns his pay on special teams.
