Bears designate Briggs as franchise player - Chicago Bears

The Samuel tagging was reported on NFL network. If anyone finds a link, please post.

The Briggs tagging will have litte effect on us, but Samuels tagging should raise the price tag on fellow CB, Nate Clements--something that could directly effect this team.
