I'm not sure that either Briggs or Samuel were very high on our target list to begin with.

Briggs is an OLB and it appears we are set on acquiring a MLB and moving Marshall back to the outside to compete for that job with McIntosh, and Samuel isn't an ideal fit for GW's defense.
