Yeah I pretty much agree with what you said, I am just trying to get people to convince me that we really have shifted our attitude to developing players in the draft.

in one offseason? that kind of shift would require years to gauge as an actual pattern instead of just being the result of current cap constraints. I think it's a good first step though.
