Considering he's already 28, it's no stretch to say that. He will be out of work soon when people figure out they would rather take a chance / save room for a rookie than a never was.

I won't say that Spurrier had a legit game plan, but Ramsey's primary flaw - slow reads & release - came out in it just as it did w/Gibbs' system.

And poor decision making, and sub par accuracy. I remember him missing so badly you were unsure of where he was throwing the ball. Then the next throw would be so perfect it was amazing. He was dramatically inconsistant.
