Hummus with slices of pita bread and toped with pepper plant sauce is the sh-t!
http://www.pepperplant.com/BV-Original.jpg I highly recommend trying the pepper plant sauce. It makes a awsome marinade on chicken or steak. I got turned onto it when I was going to school in San Luis Obispo. The only place to get it is on the central coast of CA or online. I haven’t seen it anywhere else. But trust me it's worth a try.
