Relax man. The deed has already been done. If you find out that it is yours, then just be the best dad you can be. I'm not saying that it isn't going to be stressfull, but things will end up working out for the best. By the way, just because you've got a kid doesn't mean that you have to stop living your life. You just got to start living it with someone else.
I got my wife pregnant when I was 20, and we were not married at the time. I wigged out too. It will be ok.
