Favre has never been a scrambling QB. In his CAREER he has 1774 yards, and only 13 rushing td's. He only averaged 3.37 yards per carry. Not a scrambler at all. Young averaged 5.87 yards per carry.
Elway was a good scrambler. Not what Young was, but he was good. 3407 career rushing yards, 33 tds rushings...of course he did it over more years than Young. He had a 4.40 rushing average which is respectable.
