I usually try out different things on weekends, but during the week, I just grab store bought stuff to marinade.
Lawry's makes some decent marinades (my fave is Havana Garlic & Lime, marinate shrimp and grill them as kabobs with veggies, serve with your favorite Mexican beer, lime wedge of course).
When doing jerk chicken, I get some Jerk Rub (I'm lazy, no recipe) and coat the chicken parts very thoroughly, then marinade in
this particular marinade overnight. Then they hit the charcoal grill (or oven during the week) and voila. My wife and I usually make red beans and rice and some sort of green veggie to go with.
And yes, a woman should have curves. And while thin may be your thing, I don't mind a girl with a little something to grab onto.
