I don't understand why people are so quick to count CARTER out? He came on strong at the latter part of the season, I think this year he will have a statement season.
Pretty clear the staff that knows didn't draft or sign a FA to this point a DT/DE as we did last season for a reason? Not that we won't make a depth move, I would not rule that out.
