The difference between Cooke and Snyder is that ol' Jack got
results. He did that by having a top notch front office that evaluated talent by talent, not by reputation. If they didn't get the talent Gibbs wanted, they got him players he could win with. Snyder's front office is suspect. The "proven commodities" they select are suspect. Their approach to building a team is
very suspect.
I like that Snyder's putting his money where is mouth is, but it isn't well spent. Better that he focus on building the
best front office team to build the the team on the field. I don't see more Redskin Super Bowls until that changes
(and I really hope I'm wrong about that).
