I've always said that when I'm an old man I want to sit on my front porch with a garden hose so that I can soak anyone who dares to touch my lawn, but this guy went a little overboard.
On a serious note, how could the jury not agree that this was pre-planned?

3 HOURS for the kid to return!!! Was that not enough time to say to himself "hey, maybe shooting him with a f'ing shotgun might be a bit much"?
I hope he becomes a prison bitch on his first day in the clink.
