Nothing my wife would not give me a note for bro.
Yeah I will coat the inside with peanut oil and fire it up and take it up in temp real slow. I'll keep it at 200 degrees for a couple hours and raise it to 250 and roll for about 6 hours before I start cooking on it.
Got lots to cook this weekend and it will be nice to have it all on in 1 one cooker and paying for 1 set of coals.
The thang is tight and right [NOT talking about Hess guys!] and when you make a vent adjustment ity moves. Very well made.
If anyone wants to know they cost about $7K+ each
