I absolutely agree with that...and that is something that will follow a person forever until they realize that they can overcome it if they want.
If a person truely feels that they are special, and you have that inner confidence (not arrogance) that you are a good and special person, then you exude this energy through your whole body and become more attractive to everyone. This is how friends are made, and spouses are attracted. It's all about you.
Remember this saying:
When you point the finger at someone, there are 3 pointing back at you.
Worry about yourself and your thoughts, and be as positive as possible, and you will be shocked at how well things fall into place. The more negative you are, the more you attract negativity.
