Have you been to that area lately? The strip of Wisconsin just north of Western Ave looks like friggin Rodeo Drive now. Armani, Louis Vuitton, Ralph Lauren, Saks 5the Ave, Bulgari, Tiffany & Co., Fendi, Gucci, some other shit I can't pronounce, ra ra ra ra ra. My girlfriend is psyched. I roll my eyes.

Oh yeah. I've seen it's massive turnaround. My g/f is anxious to go to Tiffany as well. I told her to find other dreams to reach for.
I watching some PBS special one time that said something like Friendship Heights has the second highest rent per square foot in the nation. Manhattan being #1.
