Well that is his fault for hiring a dumb @ss for an agent. His agent a Agent TO hired (key word TO HIRED) to handle his contracts and paperwork screwed up. The guy he hired to take care of such things did not take care of it.

I am sure there are a lot of companies that have lost money and lots of it in the stock market, or whatever because some idiot did not fill out the paperwork properly or completely or on time. Do they get a second chance? NO.

Again Bottom line here is TO hired a Agent who screwed up. That is no one elses fault but his agents and the only person TO can blame for hiring the agent is himself.
