Maybe you could adjust these rankings by weighting the run blocking ranking and the negative pass play ranking by the percentage of total yard gained by rushing or passing over the season. That way a primarily running team would get more credit for having a high yards/carry, and a primarily passing team would get more credit for being great pass blockers.

Good points, you could also argue that their lowly rank in TOP has more to do with there quick-score ability and the defense being unable to stop the run for most of the season rather than any deficit in the OL.
