I used to love playing video games. I used to be the better than all of my friends at madden. I was ranked just about 250th out over 100,000 people online on xbox live and i never cheated. Now it saddens me that I am just a bit better than average at madden and have fallen behind in most gaming news. I feel like an old man.
These prices for the systems are to blame. I can't believe that i am getting used to them too. When i heard that the 360 was going to be 400 and the ps3 600 i was like, hell no. No f'n way am i going to pay that. Now its like, thats what it costs.
Regardless, those of you that kept up with the e3 expo, what are your impressions? What systems look like they are going to do good in the next year and further out.
I am just about ready to get an elite. If the price goes down in 2 months i'll live with it. I can't believe its almost been 2 years and no 360 price cut. Makes me wish i just got it back then. There are way to many games i want to get. That is what the problem is. There are like 10 games i want, madden, ncaa, halo, COD 4, GTA 4, PGR 4, Guitar hero, Rainbow 6 las vegas, and more. I mean that is another 500 right there plus the controllers and xbox live subscription. I mean, that is a shit load and if i'm going to spend 1000+ in the next six months I guess i should wait for the price cut as the good games are comming out later. ARg.
