Reserves, Guard, or Active Duty it doesn't matter; they all require you to pass a Physical at the MEP Station. I have a bad knee, and the only reason that I can go back is because, I would be going
back . If I were a new Recruit I would never get passed the physical. By the way, poor vision and flat feet can be overlooked. You can correct the vision and they have special soles for your feet.
