I can't say I ever heard that for Ramsey quite honestly. I can vouch first hand that Shuler (and Frerotte) both struggled mightily to learn Norv's system. Norv insisted that if Aikman could figure the system out, why should he have to "dumb it down" for Shuler and Frerotte.
But that's all in the past
