Agree that Arrington needs to do a lot more on the field and less talking off the field.

The BEST defensive player so far has been Marcus Washington - and it's not even close when you try to name the second best.

Giants got no sacks against Philly in week 1 and McNabb was only hurried 4 times in the game. In week 2, they poured through the middle of the OL like grass through a goose. If anyone here even begins to compare the centers and guards on this team with Jeff Bostic, Russ Grimm and Mark May, they should have their access to the board denied.

Walt Harris was injured in training camp. He may be a little behind in his preparation. He is adequate as a 3rd CB.

I have said since his rookie year that Rod Gardner is leading a charmed life here in Washington where for some reason he has not gotten cut from the team. That is the kind of receiver that you expect to see on a sorry-assed team like the Cardinals. He is nonchalant; he does not block particularly well for a guy his size; he commits penalties at bad moments. What he has is physique which makes folks think he has POTENTIAL. And POTENTIAL is a polite way to say he hasn't achieved a damned thing yet.

Ramsey still looks confused/bewildered out there. I really thought he'd be much further along than he is by now. He made two blockheaded throws that resulted in deep interceptions yesterday.

Brightest lights on offense yesterday were Cooley (TE) and Brown (OT).
