ummm, you apparently missed the "guideline" of this thread, so I'll post it for you (even though it's only like 3 or 4 posts up)
Well this thread was pretty much dedicated to guys who can score from anywhere on the field once they have the ball in their hands. To me that pretty much exludes QBs, unless you're talking about Vince Young or Mike Vick,
What does peyton do outside of the pocket? Well, he is one of the worst people in the NFL out of the pocket and past the line of scrimmage.
