He's saying we'd have 17 MIL if we gave up Champ,WITHOUT getting Portis, a la getting all draft picks for him. Portis has said... and this is a direct quote from a reporter who has spoken with him...

Yeah... sounds an awful lot like Champ to me... meaning... he is a contract issue waiting to happen... and a HUGE cap hit coming SOMETIME soon...
