They are underrated cause most people see them as a .500 team. If they win 12, then they are underrated.
I didn't think Lewis was a strong disciplinarian, he wasn't when he was with Baltimore. He is a great coach is all.
ps- Someone like say pacman jones doesn't reflect on the dscipline of Jeff Fisher. What these idiots do OFF the field has nothing to do with the coach, it's what happens on the field that reflects on the coach.
