The first time I was in aligator alley, we stopped half way through to get gas (the only place there is to get gas) I walked over to the fence that separated the gas station from the swamp, and there were literally 4 gators there staring at me.
Those gators are everywhere and will sneak up and snatch dogs if you're not paying attention.
