I agree about the lack of foresight point--it was surprising to me that they thought Wade could make the shift. But I accept that Bugel and Gibbs know a bit more about OLine development than I do--not to drink the koolaid, but they do have some experience there.

And I think they were optimistic about Whitticker--plus, Samuels going down really exposed that side of the line. It was basically the worst thing that could happen, if they were trying to work in a new LG. So several things came together there.

This was a necessary move AT THIS POINT. Several months ago, maybe we could have done something different, but that's hindsight.
