His arm is weaker than most. I'm not saying he can't throw it 20 yards but there are definitely places he wouldn't even think about trying to squeeze the ball in.

We will see what he can do against the Ravens. It comes down to whether or not his smarts are enought to compensate for his physical handicaps (he has no mobility either, none) against what everyone claims is one of the leagues best defensive groups.
