The projections rate the Eagles passing game out really high, and I believe that will hurt them this year. That defense is no where near what it once was, and the passing game is easy to overrate. With that said, they are still the team to beat in the NFC and Westbrook is the best football player (at any position) in the NFC.
We are not a better team than the Eagles right now. There is no question. Luckily for us, the crowned NFC East champion is not measured by the best team. It's measured by wins. So if we can get one more win than the guys up the road, we win the division.

Westbrooke is fantastic. No argument there.
In watching them a couple times this year, though, it is difficult for me to figure out how, J.J., as brilliant as he is, is going to be able to stop the run. I just don't see it. And I think a team that can't stop the run is a team that can't win.
It seems like there would be one person in the press willing to go out on a limb and say, you know what the Eagles have lost something here. It's lame to say "But the Eagles have done this and that for so long." Then just show us last years standings. Don't pretend you're making a prediction when you're just recapping last year. It's a little too safe.
Take the case of N.O. They're all behind the Saints this year. A year too late. I agree, the Saints are a good club, but we already know that. I want someone to tell me who this years Saints are. The fact is they have no idea. Just like they have no idea that the Eagles are going to lose this season.
Also, I think Phillys YAC yards are high because of all the screens. Imagine Donovan's completion % if he were in an offense that isn't based almost entirely around screen passes.
