So this is the first real threat we've faced through the air.

Coming out flat is a legit concern -- it pains me to say it, but ... it's happened a few times under Gibbs II. This team better not have completely spent their intensity after Monday night's win at Philly.

That, and the Giants always seem to find a spark against us at least once a year. We can thank our lucky stars that we won't have Tiki Barber to deal with anymore. That alone helps our case considerably.
An elderly Trent Green and a less than 100% Donovan McNabb aren't exactly total pushovers, but this should be the toughest test our secondary has had yet, I agree. Just because the Giants don't have a go to guy in the offensive backfield doesn't mean our run defense can take the day off either.

In the first two games our offense (mostly passing game; the run game is what it is) has been incredibly promising, but ultimately not good. Undoubtably that promise will turn to production sometime soon. That soon better come now, or we could get upset this week.

If we are going to get deep in the playoffs, we are going to have to do it on Campbell's right arm. He certainly isn't going it alone here, but when the dust clears, we will have an average rushing attack, and an average run stopping defense. How well we throw the ball and prevent others from throwing it is going to determine who wins the NFC (I'm not kidding).

This week, if nothing else, will challenge our ability to do both. Campbell needs a big day.
