That'd be nice. As for Gregg Williams, I don't know if things have changed but I do know that as recently as 2005 Snyder didn't like Williams at all. Thought he was too abrasive and had no true leadership skills. Then again, he was probably comparing him to Joe Gibbs. That's not to say that GW won't be the next head coach, just that it's not a lock and that he's here more so because of Gibbs than Snyder.
But either way, I think Gibbs is here at least two more years.
