Ok for the cards that Actually have Sammy Baugh's autograph are as follows:

2000 Fleer Greats of the Game
2003 Donruss Classics Significant Signature # 174/200
2001 Playoff Contenders Legendary Contenders Autographs only 125 made

*2004 Playoff Prime Signatures Prime Pairings Autograph PP17 it has Sammy Baugh, Bart Starr, Archie Manning, Troy Aikman, Randall Cunningham and Drew Bledsoe #33/33 (Im holding that one for a while)

I also have a few cards that were supposed to be autographed by Sammy Baugh but due to health issues he didn't autograph and are stamped No Autograph.
