lol.. I did not even read the listing that close... Do we have any copyright attorneys on here??? It actually sounds to me like it would... depending...
If the person is saying they bought the licensed patch, and then sewed it onto another product... then they may have a case. If they made the logo themselves.. then they might as well wear those panties when they go to jail... cause they gonna get screwed.
