Actually Young doesn't suck quarters 1-3. He starts off well, slumps, then gets hot.
His QB ratings per quarter in 2007 breaks down like this:
1: 86.0
2: 50.9
3: 43.0
4: 90.9
His completion % per quarter:
1: 73.5%
2: 61.1%
3: 47.6%
4: 69.6%
