Yep, seen that part and how the media was all over the Bills with the players posing for them.
This is not just Gibbs, all the coaches come and praise their opponents. I think it has to do with guts. Coaches today do that to save themselves from all the embarassment if they say they will win and then they end up losing. Belichek, for instance, would bring out the positives of the other team. Even the Dolphins, he probably said oh well they played us very well last year or we are 2-4 the last six games we played them at Miami.
If coaches say they will win and win = confidence and it was a pep talk
